Que Sera Wine Club Willamette Valley Trip
Cost:
- Double Occupancy: $8400 per couple, Single Occupancy $7500
- Initial Deposit to hold space = $30% of total
- Remaining Balance Due August 1, 2026
- Invoices will be sent prior to payment dates. Payment can be via Check, PayPal, Venmo or Credit/Debit cards (3% surcharge for credit cards/Paypal)
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a client cancellation, the following fees will apply:
- From deposit date up to 60 days prior to departure:
15% of the total program cost will be retained, unless the space is filled by a replacement participant. - Within 30 days of departure:
50% of the total program cost will be retained, unless the space is filled by a replacement participant.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. We are happy to assist you in arranging coverage—please let us know if you’d like a quote or more information.
