Terms and Conditions: Provence Wine Barge Trip

Charter

Levine Media LLC d/b/a Levine Travel is the Charterer of this cruise provided by CroisiEurope (the Carrier), a French company with offices in Strasbourg France and Nanuet NY USA.

Included Services:

  • All meals from dinner the first evening to breakfast on the final day
  • Onboard drinks with meals and at the bar  (except for premium drinks from our special lists) 
  • Double-occupancy cabin with shower in bathroom 
  • Free Wi-Fi 
  • Bicycles on board 
  • All excursions by private bus 
  • Travel assistance and repatriation insurance
  • Crew gratuities
  • Bus transfer back to Arles from Sete at end of cruise

Traveler Documents

All travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate valid travel documents (passport) and providing that information on request prior to departure. Additionally, starting sometime in 2026, travelers from visa‑exempt countries (like U.S. citizens) will need to obtain ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) before entering France or other Schengen countries
ETIAS is not a visa, but a mandatory online travel authorization, valid for three years (or until your passport expires), allowing multiple short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period

General Terms

1. The Carrier will at all times, at Carrier’s sole cost and expense, properly man, maintain and operate the Ship in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and all generally accepted industry standards, as well as Carrier’s brand standards.  

2. Though every effort will be made to ensure that the published itinerary is followed as closely as possible, given uncertain river and other local conditions, all schedules and itineraries may be subject to alterations and delays at short notice and ultimately at the discretion of the captain who is responsible for he safety of the passengers, crew and the vessel.

Force Majeure

CroisiEurope (the Carrier) and Levine Travel (the Charterer) may cancel this cruise for circumstances of force majeure, recurrent climatic or natural events (high tides and low tides, cyclones, etc.) or which may render it impossible to enjoy certain service provisions for reasons relating to passenger safety, and this at any at any time prior to departure, with no other obligation than to reimburse sums paid. 


In accordance with Article R 211-6 of the French Code du Tourisme, the Carrier and the Charterer are responsible for the proper performance of all the travel services included in the contract in accordance with Article L 211 -16 and are required to provide assistance to the traveler if he is in difficulty, in accordance with Article L 211 -17-1 of the Tourism Code.
